SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: Section 144 has been imposed in Birmal tehsil of South Waziristan Lower on security grounds due to heavy movement of security forces in the area.
According to a Home Department notification, restrictions will remain in place between 6 AM and 7 PM on Monday, with all forms of movement prohibited.
All markets including Raghzai Bazaar will remain closed. Travel on routes such as Angoor Adda, Zam China, Khamrang, Raghzai, and Sholam to Wana has also been barred.
Only emergency travel will be permitted with prior approval from security forces. The Home Department further advised citizens to halt their vehicles at least 100 meters when encountering security force convoys.
